Popeyes

Great for a quick and yummy stop.  Chicken, biscuits and mashed potatoes hit the spot.  Very clean bathrooms too.

LOVE that chicken from Popeyes! Seriously, Popeyes is the only fast food I will eat. It just doesn't taste like fast food. This particular location was super clean and the employees were friendly. My food was piping hot and soooo good. Yum

We stopped here on our trip down to S.C.  We actually stopped to get gas and McDonalds but decided to give this Popeyes a try instead as it's been a long time since we had their grub.
    It was good stuff for fast food.  The kids had their chicken tender kids meal of which they devoured.  I had two orders of the popcorn chicken as it was easy to drive and eat at the same time.   I think the wife had a chicken sandwich of which she liked as well.  I have to admit that I like thier breading on the chicken but I also have to admit that the prices are a bit high for fast food, especially for a family of five.  
    This location (just off of I-77) was clean and not too busy.  It's located in a travel plaza of which contains Popeyes, Subway and Taco Bell.  It was clean and the staff friendly.  Not a bad place to stop to grab a bite, get gas and head back on the road.
