Quail Restaurant & Pub

This has been our go-to restaurant for Sunday half price burgers for years and years. They are juicy, large, cooked just as you order, and we have been delighted with the attention and memory of waitress Tink, who knows her repeat customers and welcomes them back. The current chef as well as previous made those fresh burgers perfectly. Imagine our consternation when we arrived this weekend and found the lights off and the doors locked,  I was sure I had seen lights and crowds just a few evenings earlier . We called at once only to find the number was not working.
UPDATE: We were able through the local paper to get  an answer: the phones were out for some reason, and the hours have just changed to a 3:00 pm opening on Sunday. So watch the hours, but do go for a great and generous hamburger. We've never seen a crowd in the day time (the reason why they are opening later?) but understand the place jumps at night.
