Quarter Mile Pub

I actually did enjoy this bar until I had a bad experience here. The bar is a nice place to just hang out and maybe play some pool. I am not the type of person to complain and come to the internet but I felt I had to share my story to others. Anyways I recently was there and the bartender continued to serve a man that was clearly intoxicated and was harassing my group, which had about 20 people as we were celebrating an occasion, as well as other patrons of the bar. The man was yelling at people singing karaoke, bumping and shoving others on the dance floor and was harassing my friend's fiancee. All this time he was still being served shots as well as beer even though the man could barely stand. Eventually our group got tired of the persons actions toward everyone in the bar and eventually started demanding that the man be removed from the bar. The bartender refused saying that he has only been served a couple drinks, If multiple beers and several shots are a couple drinks, and that he was was just having a bad day. The bartender then told us that we needed to calm down or we were going to be asked to leave. The man still began to harass my friend's fiancee and other patrons and we had enough and we yelled at the man and the bartender some more to tell them to ask him to leave. The bartender and the waitress that was serving us defended the man once more and then yelled at us saying "that we need to get the F*** out of the bar!" I did not appreciate this as I had just payed my bill minutes before and she said this to us. I cannot understand how a group of 20 people that were celebrating and not harassing anyone until this man began too harass us as well as other people was told to get out of the bar. I will not be back to this place and neither will the rest of my group. We would visit this bar quite frequently but I will never be back.

This is a good spot to stop in for a beer after work.  It's cheap and there are always specials.  It's biggest problem is that you smell like smoke after visiting.  I've had some of the food for lunch.  It's pretty typical bar food.  The location of this bar isn't very good.  There have been 4 bars in this location in the past 5 years.  Police also like to stake this place out for DUI's.
