eh. i would lose the word "cafe" from the title and quit trying to serve food (the idea of eating here was not cool). The place was kind of a dump and i had to over come a barrcade of crap to make ot into the restroom. Â the art/ atmosphere has a unique flair, not otherwise found in bryan. Â i was most dissappointed to find a beautiful courtyard littered with trash, cigarette butts and random pieces of junk. Â felt like i was chiil'n at a flea market or trailer park. Â if this place is ever for sale i'd like to see someone utilize its full potential.
Review Source:Big Up! Â Tidal Waves band from So Africa--reggae/blues/original music will be at Revolution Thur May 10. After seeing them headline at Austin Reggae Fest Saturday night I wouldn't be anywhere else after finals. Talk about a Talented Live Hard Working Band!!!! Â Ziggy thought so when they played on his tour in Africa last year. Bought their 2nd aibum 'Afrika'...awesome!
Review Source:What Justin V said. I've been spending more time at this place, and learning to love it more and more. Revisited last night with a friend after a few hours at Downtown Uncorked (another Bryan institution). Friendly staff, great and expanding beer selection (other drinks too, i just haven't gotten around to any), and a real nice vibe. Very enjoyable to sit out in the patio under the lights and while away an evening listening to local talent. A Bryan institution, and rightfully so.
