Rick's Wine Cellar

Rick's Wine Cellar has become a regular spot of me when I want to unwind and spend time with friends. The new owners, Doran and Kate, have built upon the foundation that the founder, Rick, has created and expanded the wine selection to include a wider variety of wines at affordable prices.

For the best food choices, they serve the best grilled cheese panini that I have ever tasted. The melted cheese on specialty bread with a hint of a garlic spread is their staple on the food menu. In addition, their Affinois brie cheese pairs nicely as a small snack with your glass of wine.

The best addition to the bar is back room in which you can reserve for larger parties. The comfortable chairs and intimate setting is great for parties of 6-8 to come in and relax. I have made it a tradition to come in bi-weekly to the back room with my friends to enjoy great wine and excellent food.

Lastly, if you do come in, make sure its a day when Christine is there. Along with the owners -- she is a very personable, well-informed wine connoisseur who suggests the best wines and food choices. The day that I always come in, I make sure she is working for the best experience.

Fantastic ambiance, great lounge area, affordable wines, and excellent food choices. A 5-star in my book!

Great selection of cheese and wine, both are high quality. I could not find any other wine bar in the area so I was glad to stumble upon this gem.

On a whim, went there for some wine on a Monday evening after work and had a great time.  Good choice of wine selection and tasty snacks to try.  Kate one of the owners was friendly and made you feel welcomed.  This is will be one of my normal spots from now on.
