It's hard for me to recommend this dive bar. Â We found the brews to be overpriced (especially for domestic bottles) and the wait for our drinks was way too long for the crowd that was there. Â It certainly isn't the worst place you could find yourself on a Monday, but there aren't too many things about Ringers that I found appealing. Â There are better bars around town with better drink specials.
Review Source:Hidden in plain sight, Ringers is a small regulars bar with cold beer and nice people. Jukebox, pooltables, dartboards, steel tip and regular (no house darts so bring your own), they also have a fenced in backyard area with some horseshoe pits. Although close to University of North Texas, the college kids are a scarcity in this bar normally. It's a nice quiet place if that's what you're looking for.
Review Source:I've frequented Ringers for many years its a nice quiet out of the way neighborhood bar. There is usually a pool table empty it has dartboards and horseshoes out back. As for the dog in the parking lot he is always tied close to the owners truck for protecting tools. If someone got close enough to get bit they should not have been that close atmosphere is friendly because most of the customers are locals who have been going there for a long time's would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have a beverage or two.
