There are some ownership changes going on right now, and unfortunately the place doesn't have the appeal it once had (well, it kind of had!). Â Karaoke on Wed nights. Â Great sound system, but there are no speakers on one side of the bar, and since this bar is really long, if you're on the speakerless side, it sounds a bit dull. Â Okay, really dull. I'm also used to karaoke hosts being a bit more interactive with the crowd; the host tonight was not that. Â
I think my last review, I mentioned that this is a younger crowd (or I should have mentioned that!). Â Well, either things have changed in the past couple of months, or weeknights bring in the older folks, but this place had less under 25 year olds and more over 35 year olds tonight (Wed night). Â Not a complaint, just an observation.
Chicken tostadas here are delicious though... never would have thought to come here for food, but it's worth a shot!
OH But I have to say the rotten sewage odor is nearly gone - that's a huge plus!
One more thing... I think this place is actually called Rack N Roll but this did not show up as a business when I originally posted. *shrug*
