Heh heh, Laddy? You did good opening an English Pub in EPCOT.
Their bar has some wild selections that your not going to find in your local pub. I was looking for Old Specked Hen which is what I order in NYC but they didn't serve it. I did order the "Burlington Country Brown Ale" which was very very kick ass.
I love coming here and ordering Fish and Chips and chilling with the locals. Its a nice place to hang and drink a English cold one.
I love to hear the British Cover Bands, The Beatles, The Stones and yesterday The Who?!? Awesome
What makes me laugh (And I wait for it) is to hear these tourist smucks say the same thing over and over every year. When you order fish and chips from the take out window, don't ask for newspaper..... Now matter how cool you think you are, maybe you saw it on TV, maybe you're been to England (I haven't, the Military didn't send me there) but Disney isn't going to wrap fried fish in inky newspaper. Stupid asses, we have health codes here!
Love it here...
This is one of my favorite places in all of Walt Disney World. Â It is always a great time.
It's nice and small, which makes the atmosphere great, unless you're there at a crazy crowded time. Â This is usually where I go for a beer when I'm in Epcot.
They also have a fish and chips stand outside which is pretty good. Â They only give you 2 pieces of fish. Â I think 3 would be better, even if they charged me a bit more. Â The chips that come with it are different than the fries sold at other WDW food stands. Â They're thicker and much tastier.
At times throughout the day the crazy hat lady sings songs and plays the piano which can be a lot of fun if a lot of people want to participate.
Come here for drinks and atmosphere. Â However, there are much better places to eat at Epcot (both quick-service and table-service).
