If you like Dive Bars, people watching, inexpensive drinks, and the possibility that a fight will break out at any moment with that notably obvious squeal of a wooden bar stool sliding across the floor then this is your place.  Don't eat here though, and don't leave your car over night as it'll get towed.  Surprisingly this place is low key enough to play darts or pool without being bothered.
