This is a tough one for me. The service is 5 stars fo sho... and it'd better be for the price! We all know steak houses aren't cheap but you should expect to spend about $100 per person for a (singlular) drink, a steak and sides and appetizers for the table.
I will say that my 3 star rating has much more to do with my expectations than my experience at Fleming's. You see, I don't mind paying good money for good food and I do so with regularity. However, this was my first high end steakhouse experience and I was expecting something life changing. What I got was a great steak.  I suppose I'd always thought there was some magic  in the kitchen's of storied steak houses but after this meal I have concluded that they just buy the best beef (which you can also find in the high end butcher shops in town) and cook it at super high temperature (one you can coe close to replicating with the right cookware at home). That's it. No fairy dust or pulverized platinum necessary.
With that out of the way, you can expect to get the excellent service that you are paying for. Our server was supremely attentive and accommodating. We were there for the boyfriend's mother's birthday and the restaurant took a picture of us to remember the occasion and presented the picture later in the evening along with a complimentary box of truffles.
If you are looking for a memorable dining experience with great steak and have a some extra cash, check out Fleming's.
