One of my favorite restaurant locations in Georgia, right on the St. Marys waterfront. The food is fine, though we were slightly disappointed that they were out of fresh oysters and key lime pie (two things we were really looking forward to)! My wife had the crab cake burger, I had the shrimp po-boy, and we shared them, agreeing that the shrimp po-boy was best. My kid's chicken fingers looked pretty good. The sides were as good as they needed to be. The service could've been a bit better, but hey, it's hard to beat fried seafood and cold beer on a balcony overlooking the waterfront.
Review Source:I sat at a table with a friend for about ten minutes on the porch before someone started smoking. Â We decided to move to another table upwind that someone had just finished at. Â After another 5 or 10 minutes we finally had to stop one of the waitresses that kept passing us so that we could order our drinks.
The guy that was smoking wiped down our tables and mumbled something about how the waitresses needed to get to work. Â I asked the waitress what beers they had and she told me to go inside and look. Â I asked to pay for an add on to my side of mac and cheese and the waitress said no. Then the guy smoking (who turned out to be the owner) gave me a lecture on their menu's profit margin structure as the reason I could not order what I wanted. Â Food and service were not great.
I would get fast food on your way to the pier and enjoy the view on a bench.
