Shawbuck's Press Room

While traveling through western NY we found a great place for meals or late nights. Located in a historic area across from a train station in Jamestown New York is The Pressroom. Its in the original old brick building of an old newspaper. Atmosphere was nice, a large separate bar area and a more intimate dining area. Varied menu including lots of appetizers, salads, flat bread pizzas and full dinner items. I had the pressroom pizza that was excellent with steak and lots of other toppings. My spouse had the strip steak and it was done perfectly.

The bar known as Shawbucks, is very active late at night too with many great bands. We would highly recommend this spot.
