Our family enjoyed eating here.  They had a good presentation and made it fun for the kids too!  The food has always been good.  I think it is a little pricey but I would go back. Overall a good choice for hibachi in Branson.

Our family really enjoys hibachi, so we end up eating at Shogun several times each year. The food is consistently pretty good. Fortunately, my father-in-law insists on paying every time, because otherwise I couldn't afford it. It is waaaaay overpriced in my opinion.

We've ordered sushi a couple of times, but if you want sushi, head up the street to check out Sushi House - they do it better.

Otherwise, this restaurant would benefit from a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint.

This is good for Branson,   They had good entertainment  for  the kids the sushi was average. Everyone ate their food so that was a good sign.  The kids love this kind of restaurants, So we have been to many.  I know this is not the best but it is much better than a lot of the restaurants in Branson.

    Boring presentation
Typical hibachi layout (maybe a little more crowded than usual)
    Very small sushi bar
Stick to the basics on sushi orders
    Service is so-so

Sweet, this is my first, two star rating.  So, I like to try sushi serving restaurants in almost every city I visit. Have I said this before? Maybe, but I must say, this will be the smallest city that I have eaten sushi in - I think. The sushi, was okay. It is hard to compare it to all the other places I have been, or even set the others apart from this one. However, here it goes.

When I say "stick to the basics", what I am telling you is that it is obvious that this place doesn't get heavy traffic in the sushi department based on what I perceived from my experience. So, when they do, they serve the typical American orders most often giving them heavy rotation of this product. Should be safe with Cali rolls, anything Tuna or Salmon. I knew what I was in for, so that is what I did.

The service wasn't very good. I could tell the girl dreaded her job and that we were really putting her out needing waters. Sorry me and my father were such a burden. It was actually my dads first experience with sushi. He kept wanting more!!!! What a champ, he thought the orders coming out were for him, but they were actually for me because I ordered cooked items for him. Little did he know he was dining on raw meat.

The place could use some nice renovating, it's a bit outdated. Branson is another town that could use some serious competition in the sushi arena.  The landing is more hype anyways, so, stick to the food down there. Enjoy!
