Service was slow but food was good. The problem came when we presented a coupon. The coupon stated that if one LUNCH or DINNER ENTREE was purchased one LUNCH or DINNER ENTREE would be free. We ordered 2 burgers and a kids grilled cheese for Our kids to share. Wen the "discounted" check was brought the only thing taken off was the kids meal. The manager argued with me that that was how the coupon works. I work as a server and we have similar coupons, and every other restaurant we have used these coupons at gives an entree for free not a kids meals, in what universe is a kids meal an entree!!! Â She said sorry we were confused, but we weren't confused, the coupon is misleading and we were upset they were not honoring as its stated on the coupon. They were being shady and cheap about it. So they lost 4 paying customers over 5 bucks. RUDE!!!!!!
Review Source:We read all the reviews of this joint and we decided to give it a shot anyways... Wings- Spicy Teriyaki... GOOD!!! This place also had funnel cake fries, whoa... I feel my arteries clogging already. I was surprised at how small it was inside but the staff was great especially Leanne who waited on us. There were a few patrons that had arrived at 9:30am and left well after we had gotten there at 2:30pm but they were pure entertainment value.
Review Source:Came here for the first time to watch some baseball. they have like 8tvs. I got the jalepeno swiss burger with onion rings. The burger was hefty and the buns were soft and warm. As for the onion rings, they were battered and the best I've had from any restaurant. The waitresses were nice as well. I'll definitely be back.
Review Source:So I've been to the Shooters in Patterson, this one I believe is owned by the same people. I call that one Shooters, but remove the oo's and add an I, because that is what I get every time I eat there.
Back to today, the oldest says she wants wings, and I don't feel like driving to Modesto, so she recommends Shooters in Turlock. I say yes hoping this one will be different than the PTown location, I should've known better.
My wife called it before we even walked in the door, we were doomed before we sat down. We ordered some calamari and the rest of our meal and my oldest and my wife went to use the restroom. They came back disgusted as there was some sort of fungus all over the bathroom(so bad that my wife took pictures). At this point the food has already been ordered, and we couldn't walk out.
The calamari came and was eaten and our food arrived shortly after. My wife had a chicken caesar salad, the kiddos had chicken strips, and I had wings. The chicken on the salad was doused in black pepper, so much so that we asked for some different chicken. It arrived 10 minutes later and had zero seasoning, one end of the spectrum to the other. Our chicken, fries, and onion rings all had a funky taste to it. It was as if they threw the calamari, chicken, fries, onion rings, and something else into the fryer at the same time.
Needless to say I now call this Shooters the same name I call the one in PTown as I am typing this while I am on the Can. If you need a good colon cleansing on the cheap, this is the joint for you!
I have gone back to Shooters again and again. Â It is one of my favorite restaurants in Turlock, now. Â I appreciate how quickly we are served by the wait-staff, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the wings here! Â The last three times I have ordered wings they have had plenty of sauce, and it's hard to choose a favorite between spicy teriyaki, hot and barbecue. Â
I've since tried their patty melt and homemade potato chips. Â TRY THESE CHIPS! Â In my last review I said their french fries and sweet potato fries are only ok, but their homemade chips are AWESOME. Â The patty melt is pretty good, too! Â Excellent quality rye bread. Â
They remodeled the bar area and it looks like they have a full bar now. Â And they started carrying Dust Bowl! Â I think it's great that they support Turlock's local brewery. Â
Ask about their specials! Â Most week nights they have a special, on burgers, sandwiches, or wings.

I started going to shooters late last year, I have to say the service is great, quick and friendly! They check up on you but not excessively to where it's annoying. They refill your drink when they see you're running low. The wings are AMAZING, they totally own over Juras wings, these wings actually have meat on them, now if you want "dehydrated" wings go to Wingstop. The ambiance is right up there w/ their great service, great setting to go watch sports or have lunch w/ friends. I have been a returning customer, not to mention their Wing Wednesday special 10 wings for like 5 bucks?! That's a hell of a deal on delicious wings, and I am a sucker for buffalo wings! All in all my experiences w/ Shooters has always been great they have yet to let me down :) keep up the good work!
