Sippican Cafe

The food is not bad, but not worth the money.  Wine is very expensive.

Service was sub par.

The salad  came first.  It was Caesar salad, but had very little dressing, so little that I had to check to see if it had any.  While eating my salad, my appetizer came, so I had to stop eating my salad so that I would not have to eat a cold appetizer.

When I finished my appetizer, I went back to eating my salad, but before I could get in a bite or two, the main course was delivered.

The waitress brought us some rolls, but when I went to have one, I discovered that there was no butter for the rolls.

One appetizer, two salads, two glasses of wine, two main dishes for $73.28 (not counting tip).  It was just not worth it.

First time at the Sippican Cafe this afternoon. We both had Chicken Ciabatta Sandwiches.  They were far better than expected. The menu was interesting and offered more that the usual diner/cafe fare. I felt the prices were very reasonable.  We'll definitely go back!

We love the Sippican Cafe! Fresh seafood, nice steaks prepared perfectly. Martinis are great! You can dine inside or on the patio. Highly recommended!!
