Everyone who worked there was very friendly, so I give the employees 5 stars for solid service! The crowd was better than I expected, and there was only one tough guy incident while I was there-security did a good job and I felt safe.

As far as the product goes, the club is decorated as good as it gets for Medford, Oregon-take this as a compliment coming from someone who has been in the nightclub business in SF.

Now the bad...The owners should strongly reconsider charging people $5 for entry, especially when you get upstairs and find out that they measure every pour of alcohol, and charge a fair amount for top shelf liquor.

These tactics work for people who have never set foot in top night clubs in the US...for those of us who have, it makes us never want to return again (as others have pointed out, this is not Vegas, LA, NY, Miami).

While there were a fair amount of people there, it was not packed, and there wasn't a line...maybe giving your doormen discretion on who should pay cover i.e. trashy people who you want out=$$$ and those who have money and are well dressed, let them spend it at the bar and avoid the $5 mandatory cover.

The only reason I came was because my friend wanted to go and was willing to pay the cover. Until the cover is dropped, I will stick to the Irish Bar across the street where you get what you pay for in drinks and you don't waste $5 for "cover."

To tell you the truth, I preferred the downstairs bar much more than the over the top flashy dance floor upstairs. The bar downstairs was actually pretty kicked back with everyone looking to just have a good time. Seating is very comfortable and the staff minus the inflated bouncers are pretty friendly.

It's okay. Drinks are a little expensive, but whatever. Stick to the bar upstairs; while I have never really had an issue with ANY of the bartenders, the ones upstairs usually seem to be a bit more on the conversational, friendly side. Take my advice and go on Saturdays. There are a lot more people, and while it's more crowded that way, it's more of a mix of personalities and more fun. The vibe is a lot better. Two things I've noticed: This seems to be somewhat of a "couples spot," and there were little clumps of disappointed girls standing around, not amused by the vagina fest/lack of single men that they found...er, doable? Also, guys do tend to get pretty grabby here. At least, that was my Friday night experience. And worse, they don't really seem to take a hint. I had a guy literally standing over me, asking over and over again if he could dance with me, after I stated that I was there with someone. That wasn't exactly true, but I didn't want to have to explain that I wasn't there to dance with guys that particular night, I just wanted to groove without someone knocking knees with me and trying to grab my ass. When I just started ignoring him, he decided to jump between me and the person I was dancing with, and just start dancing with me, anyway. Who does that?

I can't put any stars yet but my honney bunches of oats is turning 30 in may and I'm inviting all his friends from Washington and doing his party here, its gonna be big, I read the reviews and feel sketchy about the negative customer service...after the party I will give the low down.  We are from Hawaii and Medford is well, of a lack of a better word ...lame as it is so if we don't get treated well, I will tell it like it is, we have slim pickens here so I'm giving it a whirl!   I work at Tinseltown and kiss customers keesters so customer service is HUGE with me, these young ladies better bring it!

This place was a total rip off from the second we wasted the first cent on NYE tickets. The security team was a joke. They had us redirected and walking in circles throughout the bar before taking our tickets and letting us go upstairs. And that was only the beginning. Once we made it upstairs, it was so crowded and people were so drunk we were getting shoved and almost knocked down. The security was so concerned about a broken glass that it took 5 meathead Jason Borne wantabe's to huddle around it, meanwhile all hell is breaking loose with the drunks who clearly couldn't handle themselves. We ended up back downstairs just to be able to get to the bar for our first drink. Which did not fail to dissapoint. $10 for a 1.5 oz shot of chocolate syrup and cheap imitation liqueurs. The managememt seriously needs to get a grip and come back to reality. The only thing decent about this place is the decor, which is pointless because of hacks who cannot manage crowd control and shifty bartenders who rip you off with crap drinks. Never again. Negative 5 stars.

Wasn't really impressed with this place. Don't get me wrong the design and layout is fresh and hip, drinks were decent. But the pretentious entry and cover charge makes them lose some stars considering they are the only ones in town with a cover. They wouldn't let me in unless I ditched my hoody. Now mind you this ain't no sweatshirt hoody but a zippered jacket w a hood that detaches.  So what do I do? Take the hood off, stash in wifies purse and head on up the stairs. Kinda left a bad taste in my mouth- wanna be upscale snobs. This is Medford... Not Vegas or NYC!

This place is great. To start off, the staff is as professional as they come. The security team is nice and helpful, which is different then many of the clubs and bars out there. Once you get through the door, you go straight upstairs to this totally remodeled level. Good sized bar and the dance floor is situated well with plenty of sound centered right at you. When its time to cool off, there are several different open concept lounges with big windows where you and your friend can hang out while enjoying the party. This place is a step above the rest in the Valley.
