Went to this restaurant during off season and the staff was very accommodating.  Fantastic food with great service.  Ordered the calamari and fried avocado to start and both were fresh.  The dipping sauce with the avocado was incredible.  Ordered a margarita pizza and saved the dipping sauce to top it off.  Best pizza I have had in the valley period.

Ridiculously Delicious! Slice is so much more than a pizza place.  Expect sizable portions and really delicious food!  The fried avocado and goat cheese is a "must try" dish!  And the made-from-scratch marinara sauce tastes like it came from your Italian grandmother's kitchen.   I'm saving the tiramisu for next time, but the chef gave me a rundown of his recipe - sounds incredible!

This has become our go-to restaurant during the summer after downhill biking on the mountain.  The prices are really good for where you're at.  Expect around $25 for pizza and drinks.  When compared to elsewhere, it's really not too bad.  We got the pizza, and I was quite impressed.  The pizza tastes fresh, and is a really great value.  The crust is crunchy, and the cheese is melty.  I really couldn't ask for a better pizza in the time that it takes.  Moving on to the next point, when we go in there we just need a quick bite to eat, then get back on the mountain to bike.  This place is perfect for just that.  Everything is quick, the pizza comes out fast, and the server always does a great job doing things quickly.  Also worth noting, the service is very friendly, and does a really good job keeping us well-attended.  Unlike other restaraunts in the area, they don't seem to mind that we come in covered in dirt after a long day of downhill biking. (Seriously, other restaraunts don't like that, even though it's a primary activity on the mountain in the Summer.)  The place seems upscale, and in good shape, without costing as much as other places in the area.  The food is great, and the portions are perfect.  Service is friendly, and quick.  This is just what Snowmass needed.  Will definitely become a regular here during the summer.

A surprisingly quality Italian restaurant in Snowmass Village.  Don't judge it by the name as only about 30% of the menu is pizza.  They do really fresh salads (the spinach and goat cheese with artichokes was high quality) and they have a broad selection of pastas and sandwiches.  It can get a bit crowded during peak dinner hours, but we went twice during our week vacation and had really high quality meals with friendly service.  I'm a pizza buff (particularly for the thin crust Italian style), and The Slice meets a high bar.  For a family with kids, you can't get a better value for a quality meal in Snowmass.  I'm a fan.

Great addition to the village.  Perfect for all looking for casual dining with good food.  Though pizza varieties were endless and delicious, appetizers were equally good (must try the fried avocado and calamari ).    They also have salads and pastas that are freshly made. Service is fine.  They have a full bar.  Tables are sufficiently separated. We will be back.
