Actually, I liked going here for a while. Now, I wouldn't consider it.
The waitress and hostess situation is the worst. The bar is really loud with locals getting drunk early, and the food is totally hit or miss. The nachos appetizer was a ridiculous pile of 15 ounces of chips, piled 5 or 6 thick, sprinkled lightly with cheese. Inedible, unless you came in to eat a bag of nacho chips.
The specials never change on the board.. The outside seating is uncomfortable and at the edge of a strip mall.

I ate at Smitty's last night...Philly cheese steak and fries were very good.  The triumph those were the fried green beans.  New Orleans spicy, crisp...they were excellent.  A couple of people with me were hesitant to try them, but ended up finishing off the basket.  They were a real treat which I would highly recommend.

Ok for a neighborhood place but they don't do anything special to make their food or facility stand out.
