Luau was unorganized! They ran out of the food. Â Reservations were required, the restaurant had an approx amount of the people what would be there, how can they run out of food. Â When it was brought to the Managers attention, he was condescending, rude and unprofessional!
Beautiful view, great atmosphere and newly remodeled.
It's hard to find a good quality restaurant in Key Largo. While this is probably one of the better restaurants in the area, it's really not THAT great. So far I've ordered a fish entrée (which came with soggy veggies and I believe rice?) and it was just alright. I've also ordered the grilled fish sandwich with Mahi (pretty good, but again, nothing out of this world). I also tried the fish dip, which is nice and flavorful but has too many onions for my taste. The fried calamaries are heavily battered and fried, which I don't love, so to my taste they're alright. I've never tried any of their desserts but none of them seem homemade so I don't know if I ever will. Watching the sunset might be the best thing about this place.
Review Source:Someone recommended we come to Snook's while visiting Key Largo for the atmosphere. It did not disappoint! Snook's has a great outdoor space fit for a picturesque meal or drink. There were two of us and we ordered a couple drinks and some appetizers - both were great. The lobster and shrimp cakes were delicious. The patio is really nice!! We can't wait to come back.
