Southern Highlands Seafood

We bought fresh shrimp and flounder.  It
was delicious!  The best flounder I have
ever eaten!

We stopped by yesterday shortly before closing for takeout dinners.  I had grilled scallops and my wife had fried shrimp.  Both were well-prepared and delicious.  Coleslaw was unremarkable, french fries were good, hushpuppies a little dry.  Good value.  We will be back.

this is a seafood market that also cooks for take out.  we had two fried seafood dinners, a shrimp and flounder and a local trout.  they were both crispy and hot with a not to heavy breading, also the shrimp were good size  (not those tiny things you sometimes get).  dinners were served with fries, slaw and hush puppies. we ate at a picnic table in front.  so while this is not a full service restaurant,  it serves up fresh and well prepared food.  only been once but next time we are in town,  you can bet we'll be back.
