Hold up....the same beers as vine st pub and mountain sun? Â BUT with plenty of seating and parking? Â
Um....HECK YES. Â
This place is huge and for the first time ever, I didn't have to wait for a table like I usually do at Vine and Mountain! Â
This place is still cash only but they have an ATM there.
Same beers, same delicious hummus, and same chill vibe. Â Heck yes I'll be back!
I went here in the summer of 2013 with some friends, and was largely disappointed. Â First - and this is important - it was pointed out to me just before ordering that the restaurant does not accept credit cards! Â This was not communicated to me by a waiter, host(ess), etc. but rather one of my dinner companions. Â Â As I had been planning to pay for all, but was (customarily) not carrying cash, this could have led to catastrophic problems if this hadn't been noticed and my friends had not been carrying cash. Â I suppose we might have been able to wash dishes and mop the floors? Â Â In any event, we survived because we collectively had cash. Â But no credit cards? Â And you don't ask your waiters to tell the guests that? Â Â This is 2013, after all. Â Â Very strange.
The meal was okay.  I ordered steak frites, and the meat was good as were the fries.  No complaints there.  One of my friends had a pizza, and complained that it had virtually no toppings, which was true.  It was largely a hunk of bread that tasted faintly of cheese.  As I had been considering ordering the pizza margherita, I was pleased with my choice.  I don't remember what my other friend (the husband of the pizza-eating observant soul that noticed "no credit cards" on the menu) had, but he didn't much care for it.
Finally, my beer (which was good) was brought to me in a quite warm glass that was clearly fresh from the dishwasher.  It was a hot day, and a cold - or better yet iced - glass would have been great.  The warm glass didn't appeal.
I think this place has a long, long way to go.   Nearby is the Tandoori Grill, which is a good Indian place (that even serves beer in cold glasses!), and I will be choosing Indian instead of Brew Pub in this shopping center from now on.
And come on.  Accept credit cards.
