I used to be a regular at this place..sort of. There was some dude named Rick i think his name was or nick. and he provided excellent service. Best ive ever had But recently on my last few visits sadly to say I was disappointed. I had a female waitress who had no idea what she was doing. My hookah always tasted like ash. And most of the workers just looked grumpy. It was dead most of my visits and it still took quite some time for anyone to serve me. I was pretty frustrated. Ruined my friends and I'd experience since I was taking her there for her first try smoking. Can't say I'd ever go back. Wait actually I can. I'm going back to source. Kthx
Review Source:Went with the hubby for date night had high expectations cause of the reviews on yelp :/ pfff laaame. The couches were comfy although we got stuck at the one in front of their fluorescent lighted display case so any enjoyment of the dark relaxing atmosphere was gone with that lighting which sucked!
The hookah was pretty good the second time because the first wasnt hitting and you couldn't taste shit,anyway asked for tea they didn't have any all there was was soda and bottled water so ended up with water..music was obnoxiously loud to the point that I you couldn't even talk to the person next to you without almost screaming. It was the weekend and a crapload of girls and guys started pouring in that were clearly under 18 and yet didnt see anyone get carded?i thought you had to be 18 to consume tobacco products..anyway call me an old prude but I'm 24 and i love hip hop but the atmosphere in this place is for wannabe thugs,chunts, bimbos & ratchets lol or just super young "cool" people if you like that kind of thing then have fun good hookah but the rest is pretty lame,would maybe consider going back during the week when its not so busy maybe it wont be as bad,ah well see

Alright, I now realized the pros and cons to this place and I must say that I need to update my review.
It's a lovely layout and I love the hookah, but the place was just a little too small. Couches were comfortable which I liked, and the TVs and the projector was a PLUS! I was a big fan of that, and I love the fish tanks which makes the room look a lot more relaxing so the layout definitely makes it a lot better but its how big the space actually got to me.
The hookah was good and hit just right and when it got harsh they were more than happy to assist me with that but the hookah only lasted right about an hour at the most and there was only 2 of us which was not my favorite part.
Definitely a place I enjoyed going to just once, but I think I'm going to stay at my favorite hookah place where my service is appreciated.
My wife and I got there early in the evening when the was nobody there. We thought it was pricey but gave it a try anyways. So glad we did!!! Sex on the beach in a watermelon bowl, do I need to say anymore! The staff was attentive and friendly. We are from Ventura County and were trying a restaurant in the area and decided to top the evening off with a "bowl", glad we did. We would definitely go back!
Review Source:Got to smoke some hookah here! Best in the valley. Been to o most every spot in the valley and cloud 9 just tops them all !!! I'm here with friends or the GF at last 2 times a week. Irvin & Justin are just awesome here. The hookah o ways hit bomb. They got 8 big tv . Good music. Good vibes all around
Review Source:My friend and I wanted to grab some hookah but since he abhors Oceans and I don't want to star in a fashion show at The Spot, he took me to Cloud 9. Of course, I yelped it before coming so I had higher expectations even though this is a hookah bar on sherman way in canoga park so I shouldn't have expected too much.
Parking is on the street or you can park in the alley, there seems to be tons of cars just strewn around. Inside, it's so tiny. We got a prime seat in front of the aquarium (really beautiful and cool to look at) and ordered our hookah. His tea took longer than my drink did and our hookah was okay, but nothing special. I've ordered this particular flavor before and their tobacco I guess just isn't right or they did a horrible job of packing it because it didn't taste like it should. Also, the flavor died after 20 minutes or so, which is so sad. The service was okay, nothing special. Honestly, the best part of being there was that they were playing Childish Gambino, which I would never expect to hear. I wouldn't come back, I'll suffer through the okay service and parade of extension wearing, heavily applied eyeliner middle eastern girls who judge you the instant you walk through the door for better flavors and a bigger space.
This place was awesome on both visits. Very friendly staff. Huge flavor selection and they let you blend them without a ridic overcharge. Plus the music is good - and if you want to hear something specific like Hip Hop is Dead by Nas feat. will.i.am they will oblige. Big nice aquarium in the middle of the place, lots of tvs, awesome place.
Highly, highly recommend this place.
What Can i say about this place, Have been a hookah guy for quite some time and got tired of the harsh hookah places and the money i spent that went to waste. Went here yesterday which was a tuesday and my god was it still crackin and the hookah was absolutely amazing and they have tobacco no other lounge use. Its very close and cozy and definitely a cool and fun atmosphere. The owners actually take the time to make sure you enjoy everything and its definitely a place i would suggest going to if its something you want to do

They will explain everything if you're not sure and help you through the process. We had the Dragon's breath and it tasted like berries! Never thought I would enjoy hookah but it was really refreshing! Â Definitely check it out!
