Steak N Shake

This is the worst managed Steak 'n Shake I have ever visited. We stood waiting to be seated for a long time while we watched many workers taking their time frolicking around.  Once we were seated we waited forever for our water and never got napkins until the meal was over and we had to ask for them. When we went up to pay we were once again ignored and had to wait to pay. I was actually tempted to walk out without paying, but resisted and waited until someone finally came to let me pay. The manager here is clueless. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Great food for the price we paid. My parents and I enjoyed 3 burgers, 2 chocolate shakes, coffee, and 3 sodas for under $30. If you have had a problem with the service here before, no need to go crazy. Just simply request Kevin as your server and you won't be disappointed! This is my new go-to burger place when I visit my parents in Cape Coral.

Went here for breakfast. People great, fast service clean and excellent over all. Great biscuits I was surprize.. I will be back to get the burgers.
