Service is just TERRIBLE. July 4th, maybe they were understaffed, but the lady who served us was either was on drugs or had ADD bigtime. After repeating twice, the drink order was incorrect, and when we pointed it out, she made a face and said 'i will have to throw them'. Huh? Restaurant is nice, but employees lack the training and diligence. Negates the food out. Improve your sevice, folks!!

They have a drink called the MotherClucker. It's like a delicious orange popsicle slushy, debatable how much alcohol is really in it, but it was so good, I was literally thinking about it the next day. (and not in that my head hurts kind of way) Maybe I don't get enough sugar, but I've been craving the sugary orange sweetness ever since. The waitress suggested I put a shot of whipped cream flavored vodka in it to make it taste like a creamsicle. It was a heavy poured shot for $5.50, and after I put it in I could definitely taste the alcohol. Yeowza.

The food was just ok. I got chicken fingers that were fried within an inch of their lives. All the seasoning and dips seemed like they could be good, there was a lot of variety, it was probably just an off night. The other two people got a salad and a hoagie. They were both ok too.
I almost forgot the beer drink special was awesome, especially for a random Monday night.

The smoking on the patio was kind of annoying and don't be the person stuck sitting on the bench. The chairs are way lower and you'll feel like you are looking down on everyone high above on your perch.

Sticky's serves only the Stickiest of Fingerz at this Chicken Shack.  (Not really, Haha!)

The Original Fingerz are my favorite and I eat them with a wide array of dipping sauces as Squishy S. mentioned.  My favorite out of all the sauces you ask?  Is my go to trio of Dill, Cilantro, and the Spicy Ketchup...  It's oh so good!  When it comes to the food I've had only good experiences, but I've also only had the Fingerz .  On that note... I've always been impressed with their deliciousness.
I also have not had any form of sub-par service when I've been at Sticky's.  This is always a bonus.

The atmosphere is perfect for me, and hopefully for others.  I've been searching since I've moved from Tucson for such a spot.  (It's close, but not close enough to a little place called Plush.)
Sticky's is chill on one side, and boisterous on the other.  The live music is not intrusive when you're on the chill end of the bar eating, drinking, and being merry.  Plus, after you've had your fill of mingling, and you and your crew want to liven things up.  You can make that short venture to the stage and take in one of the many live bands that may be playing at this glorious locale.

Sticky Fingerz is an awesome spot in downtown Little Rock.  It holds its own and does so with its great live music and unique atmosphere.  It's no "Orbiting Plate", and that my fellow Yelp'rs is quite alright by me.

We came with high hopes for the Chicken fingers and Fried chicken platters. very disappointed. Chicken was dry and loaded with salt. Had to send back the chicken Soprano because it tasseled like an Oregano bottle exploded onto it.  Sorry to give it such a bad review, but I honestly think McDonalds Southern style chicken sandwich is better.

Well, we were staying about 3 blocks down and wanted something to eat within walking distance. We took a chance on Stickyz and boy was it worth it! The wings are fresh, had voodoo and bbq sauce. Both were awesome! definitely will be back!

I make it to LR several times a year.  Most times I'd rate Stickyz a 3, maybe a 4 on a good day, but this past weekend I'm going to go with a 2.  Came in around 10pm last Saturday (no cover charge if you stay out of the live music stage area of the bar).  We were part of a large group of wedding guests that trickled in following the wedding reception.  We were happy to find easy seating for 15+ on the patio, but the service was unfortunate.  Was told I had to order my food/beverage at the bar.  I ordered and opened a tab..  Suddenly a waitress appeared and took other orders at my table.  I told her I'd ordered at the bar and was told that I'd have to go up there and check on it b/c they were so busy.  I didn't want to annoy the busy bartender (I've been there myself, in the past, bartending and serving food for 4 years) so I waited an appropriate amount of time.  Checked on my order and was dismissed.  The bartender wasn't rude, or friendly, or apologetic or anything for that matter; void of emotion.  I got busy with conversation and lost track of time.  The waitress came back around and I again asked about my order, she was sorta friendly and said she would check. Minutes later, out came the bartender with my order.  Chicken fingerz are the specialty and that's what I'd ordered with a basket of fries.  Fries were room temp; chicken was warm, but overcooked.  I ate and wasn't complaining until a friend got her order (same thing as mine) and it looked totally different.  Her chicken was perfectly golden and yummy (and only took about 20 minutes, where mine had taken over 40 to make its way to me). In comparing the two dinners I realized what had happened.  My order had sat somewhere waiting loooong after it was ready.  When they realized it was mine, it was cold, so it was tossed back in the fryer to heat it up.  I ate a couple of my fingerz and gave the rest with my cold fries to some drunk friends.  I ate one of my friend's well cooked fingerz and it was the same type of yummy that I had come to expect from this place.  I didn't complain because I didn't expect any results since they seemed to be understaffed and no one seemed particularly friendly.  Leaves me wondering: why is a downtown bar/restaurant so poorly staffed on a Saturday evening?  I will probably still go back to Stickyz b/c I like the fingerz (when they are fresh), the patio and the location.  Next time I will just lower my expectations if my visit is late night on a weekend.

I've been here three times the first two times I ordered the voodoo chicken fingers and both times they were the exact same as my friend's who ordered original and tasted the same. I only ordered them the second time to see if they would be different and they weren't. Also the service was slow and took upwards of 30 minutes to get some over done chicken fingers. The third time was a class function and when we arrived we were told it would be 45 minutes before we were even allowed to order food and our friends who were already there said they waited over an hour for their food so we just left. This is not a place to go if you're in a hurry or want good food.

Ate here tonight. Great chicken fingers!  Get original and then get the dipping sauce.  Good happy hour as well.  We will be back.

Two words: Barely palatable. If you feel the urge to stop in, RESIST!!! The service sucks and the food is even worse.

I had the fingers since this is their specialty. Each piece was markedly different in appearance from crispy critter to unfried and uncooked. The fingers eventhough different looking all really had the same tasteless and chewy to really extra dry crunchy texture. Not at all anything to order again. The sandwiches actually looked pretty good, they were out of gumbo at 2pm.

The sauces we had were more like plain wrap mustard or bottled poured in a cup sauce. The "vodoo" sauce was really nothing to write about except it was not special. The vodoo sauce poured over the strips was a buffalo sauce from a bottle which was about the best sauce we had if that says anything.

The service was less than stellar and not very friendly. It took almost 25 minutes to get a refill of soda.

Too bad this is a tourist area with such a mixture of good and bad places to eat. This is one that doesn't happen to be one of the good.

Saw a great show here a few weeks back. The sound was good, the art on the walls was cool, and the staff were exceptionally friendly (something that was almost utterly absent everywhere else in Little Rock the week we were there). The barmaid let us put in an order for the chicken fingers even though the kitchen was closing and brought us out a bunch of sauces to try. The fingers are quite good, certainly enough to justify namesake status. Should I have the misfortune of visiting Little Rock again, I'll be sure to pop in here for some consolation.

After taking a stroll down the Rivermarket District, I decided to grab dinner at the chicken shack. They had a nice patio, loved the open air atmosphere of the restaurants along the main street, and this restaurant had a cozy feel as I glanced through the open air windows.

The decor was cool as I went inside...electic. I sat at a table by the open air window, but wasnt sure if anyone was going to come by or not, so ended up moving to the bar. The bartender was okay--tried to be friendly here and there. She definitely wasn't as attentive as she should have been (especially since the bar wasn't full). Oh well, it wasn't the worst service ever. She actually made a very good cocktail....

I ordered a smoky chicken salad with chopped pickles and bbq sauce and a piece of "fried" cheesecake for dessert. Keep your 5 bucks and ditch the cheesecake. Sounds better than it looks or tastes...lol

The salad was good. Just not worth a return visit...

O goodness, where do I even begin?

I'm from out of town, so when i asked locals where the best place to a late night party in Little Rock was, they told me try this chicken shack. 0_O really? a place that sells chicken fingers is the best bar/party spot in this city?

Since i love trying out new places, my friends and I gave this place a shot. It was Sunday night 9 pm when we walked in the door. Immediately we were charged with a $6 cover charge because some band was playing that night. Cool, not a big deal, something we don't normally see in Houston, TX because the bar pays for the band, not the customers. So we walk in, and there is probably 10 people max! Walked over to the bar, immediately we drop $100 buying 2 rounds of Crown shots @ $7 each. With the rest of the customers looking like they were sleeping and bored, we begin to "liven up the place". We buy more shots, we party a little more, the bands playing their musics, other bar patrons actually join in on our fun, and we're having a great time. UNTIL..... miss bar manager comes over and tells our group to "shut up because we're too loud and the band is playing"..........  O_O  --- that was seriously the face i gave to her because i was so shocked for a bartender to tell her customers to shut up, especially when we are AT A BAR! and we just bought so many shots, tipped her well, and not to mention there was only 10 people in the whole building. Customer service 101 lady, never tell your well paying customers to shut up!

needless to say, if i ever venture back to Little Rock, this chicken fingers shack place will not get my business anymore!

and the only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because the decor inside was cool. And becuase they wont let you rate zero stars  =/

and BTW - she never even apologized, after we apologized for being loud. Why should we have to apologize?? And miss bartender, if you are reading this - you need to apologize!  and PS. learn to smile sometimes!

The decor/atmosphere was an eclectic, funky blues, wall of voodoo, got my mojo workin, tutti fruity gumbo. Kind of a homemade House of Blues. Loved it.

The service was quick and responsive. Not much on the chatter, though.

I had their specialty trademark chicken fingers and gumbo for lunch. 4 fingers and your choice of two sauces. Please try the Voodoo sauce and the Creamy Cilantro. Although the sauces were wonderful, the chicken fingerz were a little chewy.  The gumbo was slap yo mama good!
By the way, the restrooms are freezing in November!
Although there were no live acts on stage, this place celebrates local music, (love live music), their slogan. A Grateful Dead tribute band (Touch), every Monday night for starters. I would love to revisit for the nightlife. They also have a bad ass lounge and a beer garden.

All in all, a great experience. Thumbs up from me!

I somehow just realized that I have never written a review about Sticky
    Fingerz...for shame!

Sticky Fingerz is awesome. First of all, they have a great location in the Rivermarket District. They have a very laid back, cool atmosphere with a really unique look. There is plenty of space with indoor and outdoor seating, along with a stage featuring live bands/musicians that play regularly.

On top of that, the food is delicious! You can order numerous chicken finger flavors (I like the jalapeno/ginger, sticky parmesans, & lemony pepper flavors) along with a variety of sauces (the creamy dill & creamy cilantro are my top picks). They also have a variety of interesting sandwiches, burgers, salads, pizzas, and "flapjacks" if you aren't up for chicken fingers. Their flapjacks are crepe style sandwiches, which makes for an interesting and delicious combination.

Overall, this isn't your standard chicken shack - it's better! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Voodo fingers and fries are a great combo for lunch. Not too hot, but spicy enough to satisfy the hard core heaters. The ruben is also a great meal along with the pizzas. Friendly staff always checking on you. Only gripe is that not enough fries are served with the lunch specials. full bar with smoking, non-smoking, and outside seating. I frequent here for lunch.

Got the fingerz....biscuit was cold and dry, fingers were ok but sauces were all bland except for the "voodoo" sauce which was just regular wing sauce...at least it's cheap and the decor is interesting.

Uuuuuuu thats the sound of me groaning because this food is so awful. A fellow coworker and I went here for lunch and we both left very dissapointed. In a rush and wanting to go down to the river district we walked into the first place we saw. Yuck what terrible food. The sandwhiches here are laughable and small. A point where both of us laughed is when they brought out a bag of lay chips as a side. You go to restaurants to get something you can't make at home or easily, a bag of chips seriously? The sandwhich was just done poorly, and bland. I couldn't taste the dill sauce. The reason I gave this place 2 instead of 1 is because service was good, atmosphere good, and I'm sure there is something better there then there sandwhiches. Probably should have gone with the flapjacks. I'm not discouraging anyone for going here, because its hard to give a full review with one visit. I just couldn't reccomend this place.

I have never been here for food, but I went to a show here last weekend (Boom Kinetic) and LOVED it!  The band was great, but besides that, I loved being in a venue with multiple bars that could handle a big crowd.  We liked that we could escape to the back bar when we wanted to get away from the music for a while.  And, there's a huge back patio, and even though it was pretty chilly, it was nice to have that spillover space.  We'll definitely be back!

Let me start by saying this:  the lemon pepper 'sticky fingerz' are really good.  Fresh, well spiced, good portion.  My group enjoyed them a lot.

I guess my problem isn't with the food so much as the other factors.  For example,  when I asked for a drink menu, the server said that they didn't have one anymore.  And it was an issue to change the TV to another game even though there was nobody in the vicinity of the TV.  Finally, they just have one co-ed bathroom that opens into the restaurant.  Iew.  In general, it seems kind of poorly managed.

Sticky Fingerz seems like a place that would have a drink menu with themed drinks.  In fact, it kind of reminds me of the House of Blues with it's voodoo-y decor.  So it's cute, but not very practical, in my opinion.

I guess I could get those lemon pepper fingerz to go!

I eat lunch here every time I go to Little Rock. I also come back at night some times to listen to the bands or sit on th patio and enjoy the weather and cold beer. This place is a chicken shack, don't expect anything more than that. It's not a chicken and waffles shack either (too bad) it is a chicken fingers anyway you like it shack. The decor is covered in original rock 'n roll artistry. It is what all independent eateries should strive for "a defined character for the eatery". You shouldn't visit or live in Little Rock without experiencing the Sticky's.

Boom! What just happened in my mouth? Was it magic? Was it religion? It was a little bit of both... a magical concoction of wing sauce and ranch called "voodoo". All that was missing was a one eyed curandera and a bloody egg.  So chicken fingers are what sticky fingerzzzz is known for. Their "chicken special" has fingers and fries so we obliged their unhealthy obsession (and ours) by ordering said special.

The place is absolutely a delight visually. See the pics I posted... a big funky inside space with art made by the owner. All of which I want to either buy or replicate. Two areas -- one smoking and one non-smoking - and apparently, a ton of sweet shows that come in. They hand out free CDs with a list of the performances and damned if they didn't put together a great compilation of Blitzen Trapper, Felice Brothers, the Hold Steady, Bruce Robison, JTyler/NorLights, etc.

So why the three stars? Those illustrious chicken strips took 50 minutes. Our waitress seemed super on top of it so it must be that in this particular case, there aren't too many cooks in the kitchen (unlike my familial Thanksgiving). Additionally, though there were only two versions of the special (6 or 4, biscuits or fries) we got the wrong number. While I feel like a big jerk for giving them three stars, chicken strips and fries shouldn't take that long or be that hard to remember. If I'm in "the rock" again, I'll go back for some voodoo and some tunes and hope that this time, I get the strips before the second act.

Not bad.  I had a friend take us here when we were in Little Rock.  I wasn't crazy about the service, but the food was unique and was good.  I would go back and probably suggest it to others if they were in the that particular area and looking for a place to eat.

Food was good I had the sticky fingerz "sticky fingerz" with the dill and voodoo sauce which is a Ranch and Buffalo sauce....The Chicken by itself I had original had awesome seasoning I didnt even need the sauce really but it simply added to it. The Beer selection was sub-par but the Diamond Bear is always a winner when I am up this way so it was still good..
The Service was top-notch, only reason it got such a high rating from me. Waitress was attentive but not over bearing, I always had a full glass of beer infront of me so all was good.

On top of it all they have live bands almost every night! It definitely a place to visit when in town.

Rachel Ray preview or not... I probably won't go back.  My first time there and the food was average and service was T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!  We were there at lunch and it was not busy...however, the service was slow.  Plus the waitress was a big hot mess.  Maybe it's better at night.

This place as a hold on its followers I will say. Once again I was out with a friend on a lunch date and she suggested this place. I wasnt going to be the one who said no so I agreed. She then called me back and said that she forgot about me not being a fan of this place becuase of the service had fallen and the food was average. I informed her that I was fine with it. I arrived early and we were seated in the non smoking section. Within in two minutes, a waitress came to my table and asked what I wanted to drink. I went ahead and ordered a beer not knowing how long it would be until my friend arrived. The beer arrived super cold and she walked in right after and when the waitress saw she was here she came over and took our order.

We each ordered the oriignal fingerz and decided to try four different sauces. voodoo, creamy dill, blue cheese and I forgot the last one.

The food was a little crunchy and appeared to be over cooked but the flavor was delicious and the indise was a moist as it good get. After my first bite, I was a fan of these fingerz. WOW. I wasnt expecting that at all.

To address a fellow Yelper's comment on it being cold inside, man I agree with you but, they pay thier bill because it was 90+ degrees outside and at least 40 inside. they must like it cold in there.. I bet you you sat in the band area. Those high ceilings help keep the concerts cool in the summer..

I am a fan of Sticky Fingerz now.

Went here in January and they must have forgotten to pay their heating bill because the place was freezing. All heating issues aside, this place has a coffee house feel to it. Lots of cheesy signs on the wall with random quotes from various musicians. Trying too hard.

I had the house speciality, chicken fingers, which were delicious. Equally pleasing were the two dollar specialty ales. My tab barely registered.

This place brings in the best live shows in the city. The drinks are a little overpriced, but not too bad in comparison to many other places in the River Market. The food's great. I LOVE the chicken nachos and the James Brownie! This is pretty much the only bar I like in the River Market.

Sticky Fingerz has been the anchor of the River Market for over a decade, and it's one of my favorite places to walk to for fun lunch Fridays.

Margarita Fingerz with VooDoo Sauce is the way to go.

If you're lucky, you might catch a mid-week Kyoto Boom show, even.
