Stonebank Pub and Eatery

Have been to the stone bank pub several times in the past and have always had a pretty decent Wisconsin fish fry. Last night was not up to their usual standard.

We were told the wait for a table would be 15 minutes and it was closer to 35. Once we sat down the waitress took our order.  20 minutes later she came back and said the cottage pie that my daughter ordered was out. It seems like our entire order waited until she reordered.  My wife ordered just a bowl of clam chowder and expected it to come out with our entrees. 5 minutes later her soup arrived.  She started eating and 15 minutes later she was done and then the bread came to the table.  We waited another 30 minutes for our  entrees to arrive.

We waited  close to 2 hours for 1 fish fry, 1 bowl of soup, one sandwich, and one salad.

My wife had been sitting so long watching us eat our meals she started to get hungry again.

When the bill arrived there was an error on it that took another 10 minutes to resolve.

The waitress told us that the entire kitchen staff had recently changed and that was the reason for all of the problems.

We will be staying away for awhile until they can get their act together.
