Most amazing tacos by chance
A customer walking out, told us we needed to try the tacos, as we were walking by.. We turned around and went in. Omg. She was right! Best ever tacos. So, I'm going back for Mother's Day... Just for the tacos. ( and I don't even live in the same state!)
We came here on a impromptu wine tasting trip on the way back from Tahoe.
They have an amazing peanut butter burger on Texas toast burger. Â
The chef is a pretty nice guy. Â The place is tucked in a shopping center with four wineries. Â Come here after a few free tastings.
You have to pay for the food upfront, which I thought weird of a sit-down bar/restaurant, but I guess when you get busy and you are the only employee, it simplifies things. Â
Def come here if you are on your way back from Tahoe.
It is an interesting juxtapostion to the good wine that Tommy's father has compared to the coors stuff here. If you like coors products or hoppy stuff, you are in good shape. Â After repeated suggestions to get some good local beer on tap I gave up. It would have been nice to have some decent beer around. Â Plus the fact that you buy a pint and get 12 ounces of beer and a lot of foam. I mentioned it a couple of times but they do not seem to care. Â Now we only go once in a while when someone else suggests it, as the organizer of our group, it is off my list.
