  If it were possible I would give this store zero stars! The store constantly makes errors while your inside giving your order and the drive up is worse. Yesterday gave my order x 2, then was told to repeat it. At that moment told them to forget it going to the Lehi store by the freeway. It's bad when it is easier to get the right order by driving 10 miles round trip then to attempt to order from the Saratoga Springs location.if this was a one time occurrence I could look past it. But this has happened that past five times when ordering there, will not be back after yesterday. Good look franchisee.

  The employees are retarded and lack customer service, it's not rocket science making a sandwich. You should not need to repeat your order ten times and they still get it wrong. Hopefully it will go out of business soon

  Most sandwich shops are just that, sandwich shops, especially when it comes to chain sandwich shops and unfortunately this Subway doesn't even meet that standard.  When it comes to these types of places one of your best competitive advantages is service and this place (in the 4x I've been there) doesn't have any.    I have given this place a chance time and time again and the just keep getting worse every time I go in or go through the drive through (40mins).  This place either needs a management overhaul or a clean slate of employees and some serious business training from Subway field trainers.  From here on out we're either going to the competition in the area or the Subway at the nearby Walmart.
