Summit Pub

Not very impressed with this place, the overall vibe is sketchy to say the least. We have been in twice now and with what happened the last time, we will not be going back. I'm just going to come out and say it: The crowd is 99% white and they like to keep it that way, with exception to the older black guy that plays pool. There were about 10 of us in a group, black and white, and we entered the bar to play a few rounds of $0.50 pool. The bar tender was nice, but that couldn't make up for our night. The drinks were reasonably priced and pretty strong. We stayed for about an hour, but couldn't take the glares and remarks being made to some of the people in our group. Us girls could see that a fight was going to break out at any minute, and with alcohol fueling the fire, it was time to leave. The rednecks can  have their dingy little bar back because we will never be going there again. It's close to home, but not worth the hassle.

Daily Specials are great! Way better than what most places consider "Bar Food". Same people who own The Loose Wheel. Good people, good food.

Not too impressed on my first stop here. It's defiantly not the sort of bar I'd normally choose. I'll give it another try and then finally decide.
