Tavern At  Winglab

This place is a joke.  On a Friday night my family and I decided to see what replaced Tacos Mac, which was always jammed packed full of happy satisfied customers.  When we got there the parking lot was fairly empty...this should have been the first tip off but we went in and sat down.  Since the restaurant wasn't full, service should have been pretty quick.  We waited 15 -20 minutes  to get our drinks.  The server had a large group she was handling all alone, while other servers stood around doing nothing to help her.  She was apologetic throughout the whole ordeal, which led me to believe that this was the norm around  here.  We ordered an appetizer of fried mushrooms and our entrees; two philly cheese steaks one without onion and an order of hot wings and fries, something hat any competent short order cook should be able to cook within 15 minutes.   When the appetizer  finally came out after waiting another 20 minutes,  our order contained a grand total of 7 mushrooms!  This is like serving someone an order French fries containing only 7 fries in my opinion.   We waited another 20 minutes,  then the waitress came over and apologized, she said the cook put onions on my daughters steak so she had him redo it.  Another10 minutes and the waitress finally came out with two cheessteak sandwiches, one no onion and the other WITH TWO PIECES OF MEAT!    I can't make this up!  We call the waitress back over to show her and she shakes her head in disgust and runs back into the kitchen. She immediately returns with another sandwich and finally my wings and fries... But guess what?  There are no Fries!  I'm done at this point, so we ask to speak to the manager....who never came out to talk to us even after waiting for another 10 minutes.  I believe I spot the weasel, sneaking out to the parking lot to work on an electronic sign, which obviously is more important than talking to disgruntled customers.   We have now wasted an hour and a half life that we can't get back.  KEEP DRIVING PAST THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY, YOU WILL GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE WALMART FOOD COUNTER NEXT DOOR!

October 10, 2013 - I heard that they had a All You Can Eat Crablegs.  My daughters were in town and I thought it would be a great time for us.  When we got there we had  to wait to be seated.  The waitress was nasty. The bathrooms were filthy.  There was dirty cloth in bathroom with no paper towels. We were there for 35 minutes and still did not have our food.  When asked, the manager rudely said 15 minutes.  Then we see that another customer got his who came after us.  I will never recommend this restaurant to any one.  It looks like they got family members working there.  You couldn't tell who worked there.  Very unorganized...
