We visited this restaurant for the first time about 3 weeks ago. We were seated and ignored for at least 5 minutes before the hostess  noticed the look on my face and asked if we had been greeted. She apologized and grabbed a waiter about 2-3 stations down to take our table. I asked the hostess if he was our actual server because I didn't want to be mad at him and have it reflect in his tip if he wasn't. She assured me that he wasn't and then made mention that the manager would be coming by. He did and introduced himself as Jay and kind of acted like he had no idea why he was at our table. When I told him, lightbulb came on , and he said that he was sorry, that he was still reading the notes on it and wasn't exactly sure what happened. Not brain surgery, we were ignored by the waitstaff who was going to get cut. I wrote a letter to the corp office only to receive a bit of an apology and no follow up. However I had to  my information such as receipt number and such. Guess so they knew I ate there??? , not sure. Food was mediocre at best, salmon was dry, beer can chicken was soggy. Won't be going back.
Review Source:Located in a very confusing shopping center, the address 6105 really doesn't help since most storefronts don't post their address. Â I just parked and looked for one of those Directory displays you see in every mall. Â None to be found in a 3 block walk. I finally asked somebody who appeared to know the area and she kindly pointed me in the right direction. Â I will say Denver residents are very friendly.
A big establishment that looks really nice inside. Â Leather booths and chairs. Â Cloth napkins. The whole nine yards. Â A friendly staff greeting at the door. Â I got there between lunch and dinner, so it wasn't crowded at all. Â I was seated immediately. Â Ordered the Red Rock burger medium with a side caeser salad. Â The menu says it's an "eggless" dressing and that alarmed me a bit, but I can go with it. Â When the salad comes out, it's not what I expected. First, the plate was very warm. Â Right out of the dishwasher warm. Â Not a good start. Â The dressing is homemade, but it was just olive oil, lemon, and what appeared to be some parm cheese. Â There was no anchovy to this dressing. Â Also, the croutons are the cheapest croutons you can buy on the shelf at the local market. Â There was also no fresh grated parm on top. Â It was a disaster. Â I should have stopped my order and walked out, but I figured let's give this place a second chance with the burger. Â I asked for it medium which is pink in the middle. Â The burger came out well done. Â I called over a manager and said I would just like to walk out and I told him why and he said sorry and I left. Â I would have spent about $20 in this place for a burger and salad and it was a horrible experience.
I went across the street to McCabes and got a decent bar burger with caeser salad for less then $8.
