Camping in NJ and needed a place to eat after camping dinner plans failed. Â We relied on GPS to find us a place and get us there. Â We were happy to see plenty of cars in the lot. Â We were seated quickly and the waitress was very attentive. Â Food was timely and everything was delicious. Reasonable prices too.
Review Source:We were in the area and asked someone where to go who is from the area. Â The food gets four stars and our lovely attentive waitress gets four stars. Â The restaurant was clean, bathroom clean, just a bit small and it did start to get busy. Â I will be in the area again in 5 days and will order the same meal as it was excellent, this place rivals any in NY. Â We did not get to meet Crabby Sal or anyone cranky this trip!
Review Source:I didn't get to eat the food here because I never got past the extremely rude guy at the counter. Â I was standing there for a few minutes with my girlfriend looking at the menu on the wall. Â One specific pizza stood out at us so I approached the counter and asked the man for 2 drinks and the specific pizza. Â He barely looked up at us from his phone call, mumbled something under his breath I couldn't understand and walked away. Â When I asked him to repeat himself because I had no idea what he said, he very rudely informed me it was too early for his special pizzas and went back to his phone call. Â Hey, if you don't like customers, not a problem. Â We walked out and won't be going back to the place on the last 2 days of our local vacation. Â We went down the road to the Mount Bethel Diner. Â Very nice time. Â I will always walk out of an establishment if I get rude service. Â There's so many other places to eat that I won't put up with being talked to like that. Â Businesses that don't like customers don't last that long, so good luck with that.
Review Source:Teresa's was formerly Doughboys; however, after Doughboys burned down (twice!) when the owners ultimately decided to rebuild, they changed the name.
The menu is basically the same as it was when it was Doughboys but now with a few more dinner additions. Our family favorites are their ham/cappicola subs on crispy crusted bread but soft inside, sausage sandwiches, their pierogies, cheesesteaks and of course their pizza.
The day after Christmas, Mom was pretty tired after having made a huge dinner the night before, so for this 2nd night of family gatherings, we made one huge order to Teresa's. We ordered the following: 2 pizzas, 1 sausage sandwich (me), 3 chicken parm sandwiches, 2 veal parm sandwiches, 1 eggplant parm sandwich, 3 orders of mozz sticks, 3 orders of pierogies, 1 order of fries and I believe 1 order of chicken fingers and fries.
Dad and the younger brother drove to pick it up and returned shortly. They were so excited to have our business, they threw in a free cake.
However, the reason they lose a star is because none of the sandwiches were labeled. So someone accidentally got the chicken parm mixed up with what they thought was the veal parm and a little chaos ensued. Good thing I ordered sausage, eh?
At the end of the night, we still had about one whole pie left over but it tastes just as good warmed up the next day for lunch/dinner.
Hopefully Teresa's won't fall under the curse of the old Doughboy's and succumb to some sort of fire. I want it to last because the food here is delicious and priced well.

And as always, photos to follow. My brother kept asking me why I was taking photos of local places that we go to all the time. He just didn't get it.
