This restaurant leaves much to be desired in my opinion. I really found nothing unique, exciting, or even flavorful here. Unfortunately so; as I like to support new and local businesses.
I went on a week night with my husband and an out-of-town friend. It was steady, yet not busy. Our server had little personality, and genuinely seemed to not enjoy his job. We still tipped appropriately, however.
I will say, the menu is large and filled with options. They also have varying daily specials. I tried the chicken strip basket...definitely frozen chicken strips from a package. Kind of rubbery and not good. My husband's turkey burger was better, yet nothing to write home about. My friend had fish and chips that she thought was just so-so.
A plus was the music. However, in the middle of a highly, emotional song, an employee came on stage and cut off the music, interrupting the soulful singer- much to the chants and dismay of the crowd. Literally, customers were mentioning how rude it was.
Sad to say, Thirst N' Howl was a bust for us.
