TNT BBQ

Was here for a meeting and they opened up especially for our group.  Being new to the area, I didn't even realize this place was here.  Holy cow the pulled pork was good!  I also loved the smoky flavor of the beans.  I cannot wait to go back and try some other items on the menu.  Being it was a special opening, they didn't have everything available. I think I may fast the day before so there's plenty of room to try one of everything!

This guy really knows how to duplicate the BBQ I remember when I was a kid that my grandfather and other mature family members made that had that perfect smokey flavor and aroma. Tony has around 25 years catering experience and his ribs are definitely the best in the state. Tender, smokey, and juicy. Quality meat too. My 2nd favorite is his pulled pork. He makes a smokey potato salad from scratch too. A lot of trouble for extreme flavor to grill the potatoes, but it tastes so good.
The only cons are limited hours and ribs are not always available when you want them. Usually they are available during prime time Friday and Saturday nights. Pulled pork and brisket are always available.
They have a beautiful restaurant, however in a location that doesn't always get noticed. I like it because it seems I have the place to myself when I go, which is frequently. I only tend to go to the mom & pop places rather than the franchises, so this currently is my no. 1 place to go out. Great blues music playing and occasional live bands on Saturday nights.
Tony has something for everybody, not just BBQ. He has specials that are unique. For those who only frequent the franchises, be informed that the consistency here is tops. Very good food on a high level of consistency. You never question what you just ate.
