They call their chicken "broasted chicken." I'm not sure what that means, but it looked like fried chicken to me. The thing was, it wasn't as greasy as regular fried chicken. And it was GOOD. It was perfectly seasoned and had a very nice batter crust to it. Light and crunchy. It tasted homemade, unlike lots of fried chicken recipes out there.
It's a bar, so service wasn't five stars. An older lady served us and she seemed a little cranky. But I guess after spending all day with lots of drunk men, I guess a person can get a little tired. Funny thing about bars in Nebraska is they double as family restaurants. Small town. But I'd go back.
