OK, so my review is biased because I won about $300 playing pull tabs... This is a pretty cool townie bar with lots of different specials depending on the night of the week. Â We got 20 oz Shock Top for $3, it's not my favorite beer but you really can't complain for $3. Â I split Sweet Potato Fries as an appetizer and a 16" Pizza for our entree. Â The pizza was cooked great, my picture for the place shows just how good it was, I would definitely be happy ordering pizza from here again. Â The Sweet Potato fries were, eh OK. Â Crinkle cut and deep fried, I guess there's not much else to expect there.
I would imagine this place is pretty crazy in the summer time since they have their own softball field and I think bar leagues. Â The bar itself is really big, pretty cool Blue Grass style band playing the night we were there. Â Oh yeah, did I mention Pull Tabs? Â The locals here don't play around either, multiple groups were hitting it hard, if you are there at the right time you stand to make some money.
Pretty good atmosphere.  It was cool to watch some softball.  An easy going kind of place.  We were in no rush so it was fine.  Food is pretty tasty.  Wife and kids had the cheeseburgers and  I had the buffalo chicken sandwich.  Large portions, but yummy. Â
Nice beer specials as well. Â I'll go back again.
Stopped in for lunch at The Stadium. I ordered a lunch 1/2 size fish and chips. It came with two large pieces of fish and a plate full of fries. I was surprised it was much more than I was expecting for the 1/2 order I placed. I am not an expert on fish and chips but I enjoyed what they served me. There were not many people there and service was quick. My coke refills were also quick without requesting, something I really appreciate. They have a softball field, which on this cold winter day was not very useful but I am sure many appreciate it during the summer months.
