Their pizza is delicious!!! Maybe I was just coming in with mediocre expectations, but it was awwwwesoooommmme. A group of us were just looking for a place to watch football on Saturday evening and someone suggested Vitale's. I can't speak to the rest of the menu, but most of it looked like pretty standard American-restaurant fare.
We ordered some cheesy-breadsticks to start... wasn't really a huge fan of those.... but once our pizza came out, I was sold. We got the whole wheat crust and ordered a variety of toppings (even things not listed on the menu! Like red peppers, chicken, etc.). It wasn't greasy or overdone. They are also very accommodating when dining with children (one couple brought their 2 year old).
I didn't end up watching a lot of the game since we were sitting in the front portion (not near the bar area) and the TVs are kind of awkwardly placed with random pillars in the way, but I liked it because it was quieter than your average sports bar which made dining and carrying conversation easy. I would definitely return.
