Whataburger

I haven't had a Whataburger since I was a child. When moving cross country this was a MUST do on my list.

This particular location was located right off the freeway. The store was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly.

My father ordered a jalapeno burger and to my surprise, they were fresh jalapenos, not grilled. This simple factor added a nice crunch and heat to the fresh burger. I ordered the chop house burger which had a creamy sauce, grilled onions, and bacon. (I have a triple bypass scheduled for next week.)

The burgers were great, the fries were fries.

It was far beyond McDonald's and BK, but Whataburger is no In N Out. A solid 4 stars.
