White Castle

This is perhaps the most over-priced food you can buy in town.  Small burgers with a big price.  Their combo meals should be served with Amodium AD.  If you "crave" a bunch of greasy onion flavored burgers this is your place.

#7 White Castle.  

I live in South Jersey/Philly where there aren't any White Castles (we all know that the White Castle, in Cherry Hill, in the movie "Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle" doesn't actually exist).  Because of this, my friends and I have, more than once, made a pilgrimage either to Jackson or New Brunswick to get some White Castle. So, when we pass a sign for White Castle right off 70, I ask my sister to stop.

And here's my first drive-through experience on this trip. Two cheeseburgers, small onion chips, small rootbeer, no ice. Speaker box- "We don't have rootbeer. We don't carry it."  Me-"But it says Barq's on the menu..." Speakerbox- "That's cream soda."  Me- "Oh. Bummer.  I really ought to put my glasses on."

Anyway, moral of the story is that White Castle doesn't have rootbeer, their burgers are gross, but the onion chips are yummy! And if you live in South jersey, don't bother going out of your way for White Castle.
