This place has quickly turned into a favorite that I frequent weekly. Why? Ambience is classy yet relaxing. It has darker lighting but this location manages a feeling of coziness but not cramped. The service is always great with the staffers being knowledgeable about menu items as well as the retail wine selections. I usually drink the red menage a trois' wine and they were out of it due to popularity and the waitress quickly guided me to a comparable red that hubby and I loved. Ok lets talk food now. The flat breads? Amazing!! I get the pepperoni without the pepperoni's (I know it sounds crazy just hear me out). They have this pepperoni jam that goes on it and I just do that. Not too much not too little. I had the crab cakes and they were light and crispy on the outside. I would call it a medium sized portion. It is served with a slaw that has a nice Asian flavor. Let's talk value. They get 4 out of 5 rubies from me. The happy hour from 4-6 lets me choose a house wine for only $5 and a flat bread or another small plate item for $5. I will do The Wine Bistro again and again. My girls call this grown and sexy.
Review Source:Our group of 15 had dinner here on Friday night and had a great time. Â The wine selection was very nice, the atmosphere was great also. Â
My favorites were the cheese board and the salads. Â We will definitely come back to try their other appetizers and entrees. Â I liked the chicken entree my wife ordered and I had the short ribs with mushroom risotto (excellent!). Â Our waiter, Carson, was excellent also.
