I always go to wolfies me and my friends, but today being my b'day my friends took me to have lunch at wolfies. Finished lunch we left then came back later to have some drinks, while we were drinking we saw a special stating crawfish was 2.99 a lb, so I placed an order for a couple lbs to go, while checking out the bar waitress had charged me 3.99 instead of 2.99 I asked her why she overcharged me and she gave me a stupid answer that carryout is 3.99!! as a customer I was confused and I asked her why is it not stating that on the display? so I asked her to call the manager, OMG, the manager looked rough as hell, her hair wasn't done, she looked like she didn't brush her teeth either, all in all I explained to her my situation, and she was so unprofessional and told me she wouldn't honor the displayed price like it was my fault. I told her me & my friends we won't go back there again!..She lost valued customers just because of 2 dollars difference. She didn't care, and her customer service skills was horrible whatsoever. Top management needs to train everybody that works there on how to make customers come back again and not running customers away, nowonder wolfies never does good in business.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Â Just ate here and found paper in my burrito and hair on the wings. Â They took the wings off the check but didn't want to take the burrito off because the waitress threw it away before the manager could look at it. Â The manager finally came to the table and said even though it was a "small piece of paper" in the burrito they would take it off the bill. Â What a joke!
Review Source:NOTORIETY: Â Texas Sports Bar Chain; UFC & WWE PPV
FOOD:
Seafood platter ($14.99 before tax):  Comes w/ catfish, 3 shrimp (small), 3 oysters (small), 2 seafood stuffed crabs, & fries.  Overall, it wasn't too salty, which is good.  The shrimp & oysters were decently flavored & tender while the catfish ok but the seafood stuffed crabs were blah.  Fries were crispy & semi-seasoned, which was pretty good.  The entire platter was edible, but I've experienced much better.
OVERALL: Â Wolfies is a below average sports bar. Â The food was so-so, but the sound was too loud & the service could have been better. Â Their attempts at trying to be like Hooters, IMO, was a D, unsatisfactory.
RECOMMENDATION: Â N/A
