Place is OVERPRICED, has some decent salad bar but the steaks are not worth it at all! I ordered a 12 ounce ribeye medium rare and the poor thing looked like it got beat to death. Absolutely no flavoring, I had to ask for A1 sauce. The staff is super nice and informative but food wise they definitely need to step their game up. I don't recommend stopping by this place. You're better off getting a steak from Walmart and preparing it yourself!
Review Source:We went there recently while on a trip to Round Top. Â The food was OK - nothing special. Â The salad bar was limited. Â We all three ordered steaks medium rare and received them medium to well. Â When the server, Sarah, asked us how our steaks were cooked we let her know they were overcooked. Â After a sigh and a disgusted look she offered to replace them and tell the cook. Â Sarah had such an "attitude" about everything during the entire meal. Â She was not friendly, was aloof, and did not make us feel welcome. We asked her what was good on the menu, and she answered "everything." Â The owner did come by and visited with us and was friendly. Â Unfortunately, there was very loud karaoke in the dining room which made it difficult to carry on a conversation. Unfortunately, we will probably not return there if we are i the area again. Â Hopefully, the owner will give this feedback to his server, because she made our dining experience less than enjoyable.
Review Source:we are from Austin and did not expect much from small town Bellville restaurants. We were delighted to find (after a recommendation from B&B owner) Yanni's. The restaurant owner was delightful and said the restaurant was named for his daughter. The buffet was fresh, had a variety of vegetables, pasta, prime rib, chicken and lightly breaded shrimp at a very reasonable price. The fettuccine was excellent, the prime rib was lean and cooked just right, the veggies fresh.
