This place is probably the worst place I've been to in a long time.
I have family in Lowell, so this is sort of an equidistant meeting spot. Â We went in there tonight, and the first thing you notice is the staff that kind of hurries you even though there is a half empty dining room. Â
Then, the wait time is LONG for even appetizers. Â We ordered chicken fingers and poppers and got them about 30 minutes after we ordered them. Â That's reprehensible. Â Appetizers that have taken longer than 10 minutes are way overdue.
Before I get to the appetizers, let me mention a few things. Â The pizza is almost decent, which is pretty hard to screw up because it's pizza. Â The food is below average at best. Â But you're thinking, "okay, to see family, I'll tolerate it." Â
The staff is bottom of the barrel. Â The servers act like they're doing you a favor if you get one who isn't utterly rude. Â And I'd hate to bring up something as nasty as stupidity, but I attempted to clarify about 10 times that I was ordering cheddar poppers and got cream cheese poppers.
So we get the appetizer and I'm thinking, "great, how long till the pizza? Â An hour and a half." Â
Then my son bites into the chicken and there is a huge black mass the size of a nickel. Â It smelled awful. Â
We called what we thought was the host over and asked her what it was. Â She replies, "I don't know what that is, you tell me." Â You don't know what that is?! Â You're running a restaurant! Â You're serving food to the public. Â And you act surprised by it like I'm showing you something you've never seen before? Â
We find out this lady is the manager, she takes it back to the cook and comes back and tells us it's a vein. Â this might have been the size of a huge vein on a human. Â My brother is in culinary school and disagrees with her and she gets nasty at the table. Â At that point we just left.
This place is the worst, avoid it like the plague. Â
Terrible!
