First time here last night; I was craving a good burger and for $9.99 this place is charging, it better be a good one. The parking lot was getting full in the plaza around 7PM when I got there.
I went into the back to the bar to place my take out order. They were pretty busy with all the tables in the dining area being full.
Like another reviewer stated, they cook the burger the way you ask; I asked for med. rare and that's exactly what I got (picture uploaded.) The bun was nice, it wasn't that large burger bun (like more bread than meat.) There was a nice char on the burger. The fries weren't that good, they were soggy by the time I got home, wish they could find a way to keep them crunchy for take-out orders.
The atmosphere was nice as well, families and such all there for dinner. Looking at their other dinner options I am interested and will come back.
I think the food is so good because they aren't a large chain yet. The quality is still there.
Good burgers! Â FINALLY a restaurant that will cook a burger to how the customer wants it and not serve an overcooked hockey puck!
Good selection of beers on tap. Â
My only complaint is I wish their website would list their prices. Â I hate restaurants who post menus that don't show prices. Â This place is affordable, and I knew that before going, but come on. Â Post a menu with prices!
PB&J Wings are amazing~ It tastes like a tangy BBQ with a nutty sweetness. It is a great complement to the regular hot wings! I'd come back, but for wings, it is a little expensive. I wanted to try their chocolate chili, but my compadres told me it's stupid to order soup in a restaurant so I buckled under the peer pressure. But when I return, I shall order the soup!!!
Review Source:Small restaurant in a small strip mall, but the food is good. Â Our group of 5 stopped by for some burgers. Â We started with chicken wings, which were great. Â A lot of meat on them. Â Burgers were HUGE! Â Even being starved, I couldn't finish it. Â A big bonus is that they will cook the burger the way you want it...rare is actually rare. Â This is a plus since if you are lucky enough for a place to ask you how you want your burger, it always comes out cooked longer than you want it. Â I also ordered a milk shake, which was about average.
The service was not rushed, but not slow. Â At first I thought our waitress was unhappy, but was very friendly and just didn't smile. Â She was very patient with our youngest guest (a two year old), which is hard at the end of your shift.
I would definitely go back for another burger.
Went to new greenville site. Had half a sandwich and half a salad. BLT was great and the strawberry fields salad was so big! Ate the sandwich with a few fries for dinner and saved the salad for lunch the next day. Bar was small, wine was not fresh and there were a ton of fruit flies! Very buried in the center. Â I would try them again.
Review Source:So, husband, myself, and three tween daughters hit 2 guys on the way home from Lancaster. First, hard to spot shopping center. Next, entrance was nice, but deceiving. Seemed like bistro like until you get past the host stand. Then, just a pub restaurant. Dining room needs a good clean and paint job. Bathroom fairly clean.
Food...great wings- we ordered them without sauce and 3 sauces on the side. Great way to go. Chocolate chili- fantastic. Strawberry blue cheese pecan salad- mom and dad loved 1 daughter tried...not really. Burgers- excellent...three cheese bacon and a classic with cheddar. Kids meals- ribs 7 ribs finger licking good...steak- good, good size too.last few restaurants did not give enough food to fill the girls. This was just right! Great beer selection. Also we ordered their 1/2 an 1/2 option (1/2 salad/1/2 burger). the salad was enough for both husband and I to share as well as was his chili.
Even the buns were great!
The atmosphere is great. Its spacious yet still cozy. There is an excellent selectiong of beers on tap. The smell of BBQ was strong and pleasing. It made me even more excited for my meal. I ordered the 3 cheese and Bacon Burger because the owner told me it was their best.
This burger was really good. It was served on a toasted bun with lettuce, ripe tomato and red onion. The cheese was melted wonderfully and was still gooey. It was cooked exactly how I asked for it. The fries that came with it were good, a little well done for my taste in fries.
The burger was a winner. I will definitely be back to try the wings and the ribs.
We've been eating here regularly for about 4 years. It is one of our favorite restaurants. Never had a bad meal. Everything is fresh, the service is good. We've taken many others here as well and they all love it. Our fave meals are burgers (too big for me), fried chicken salad, and ribs. There's a small bar in the back.
Review Source:Great Pub Food; Best burgers for Miles Around and a meat lover's place,
although the menu is broad enough for all and the salads are exceptional as well. The owners began as caterers so the focus is on good food. There's a dining room and separate bar, both comfortable. A fine collection of hot sauces! Take it from a regular.
