I visited here with a large group so I have to give them 3 stars just for the service. Â We split an antipasti platter that was definitely 3+ stars. Â Unfortunately the pizza was seriously lacking and only gets 2 stars. Â There were other nibbles that we shared and were definitely good so I will have to come back and revisit. Â Keep you posted for the next time.
Review Source:When we visited the Gluten Free Things store, he told us that he sells his pizza dough to 3 Sons, so we decided to give this place a try. The place is a lot bigger than it seems from the outside, but the decor felt a lot like grandma trying to imitate an Olive Garden. Â We started dinner with some Italian Nachos and salads. The Italian nachos were... interesting... they're potato chips with banana peppers and olives, smothered in cheese sauce. Not sure I would order those again. The salads were good-- nice house salad with various color greens and olives. For dinner, the beau and I ordered the Pom-Pom pizza on gluten free crust (which only comes in 10"). The crust was great, better than a lot of other gluten free crusts that I've had. But, the toppings were really heavy. The pomodoro sauce is creamy, and with the sausage and all of the cheese, it ended up being a really heavy meal. We even asked for a side of basil to cut the heaviness a bit. Though the rest of their pasta dishes seemed a little overpriced, I think we'll return here to try some of the other gluten free options.
