Don't know that I would go as far as saying "hidden gem".. I'd say that's an overstatement. Let's be honest folks, the place IS nice and the service was good too. We had a few drinks, a wrap and a burger for lunch.
The turkey wrap was, and I'm not sure how this can even happen, but it was tasteless. If the folks at 33 are reading Yelp reviews, please look at this. The meat was reminiscent of a lunch meat cut, and the single small strip of bacon faded into the background. It really fizzled.
The burger was the devil something-or-other, I'm a big fan of scorched earth and while there were some flavors going on in the the burger, largely it was tame. Overall it was just a little tasty, I think you missed the mark on what you advertised it to be. I expected hot and was left wanting.
Get a beer menu, put it on your tables so the wait staff doesn't have to try to remember what else you serve other than the non-domestically owned domestics. I don't know how many beers you have, neither did the waiter.
We saw the ads, the billboard, had the hotel recommend it - we walked in ready to be blown away and were met with average.
The staff look like they work hard, make the food match the expectation of your patrons and you'll have a truly great establishment.
Quick summary: Price point was OK, I did not feel like we got a great value, but also did not feel like it was terribly overpriced. Food: pre-made patties and lunch roll-ups at the cafeteria.
