The 50's Diner

My daughters and I ate there last night and the experience was great. All the servers were dressed up like Super Heros. Turns out Friday night is dress up night, with a new theme ever Friday. I had the all you can eat Walleye and was amazed at how tasty it was. My daughters enjoyed the gift shoppe. The employees seem to love their job, which I don't see often. WE WILL BE BACK!

AMAZING DINER AND ATMOSPHERE!

I took a weekend trip to Peoria from st Louis to Christmas shop and take in a hockey game. I looked up the diner on line and decided to stop by Saturday for lunch.

I had the homemade tenderloin and biscuits on the side! It was absolutely to die for! Service was amazing, both the owners came out and spent about 20 minutes talking to me about hockey and St. Louis!

They know all the regulars by name.

If you are in or will be close to Peoria STOP BY!

I was in Peoria for a week and we ate here twice! Cinnamon roll french toast and taco omelettes were AMAZING. I loved the way they cooked their sausage.

Only thing was service was pretty slow, but I think that was mostly the cook's doing. But reeeeeally good food!
