Culver's of Peoria

I used to go to this location frequently. There was a disabled young man who worked cleaning the dining room and taking out orders. He often talked to customers and was very friendly. One time I saw a manager basically being a bully to him. I'd encountered this manager before and guy really creeped me out. I felt compelled to tell a man who claimed to be an owner of that store but he seemed halfway in denial about it. I don't go there anymore.
