The food was good, the service had some hiccups.
Drink orders went well, chips and salsa arrived with little problem. Â When ordering, my wife asked if her meal came with guacamole, the server replied "yes". Â My order comes with sour cream, I asked to substitute guacamole for the sour cream but they wouldn't do that, an extra $2 charge would be applied. Â I was bummed about that as some other places do allow substituting guacamole for sour cream... but I was expecting to be able to use my wife's guac so no big deal.
Food arrives after the right amount of wait time. Â My Asada Chicken burrito was good, but there wasn't much rice along with the beans. Â There isn't any guac on my wife's meal as stated by our server. Â Our food was brought to us by a runner or bus boy, I ask him about the guacamole, he doesn't know the answer so I suggest he ask our server. Â Many minutes go by with no response, the same runner/bus boy comes by with more salsa but doesn't say anything about the guacamole situation so I have to ask again. Â He says my server was busy but some other server stated that her meal does not come with guacamole. Â Bummer, the server said it did!
Meanwhile our server hasn't come buy to check on us. Â I'm trying to eat slowly so as to ask her about the guac situation. Â But I was already almost done by the time she checked on us. Â She did at least give us guac in a to go container, which was nice.
Besides the guacamole situation, the small amount of rice, and the large amount of time that passed before our server came to check on us, I was a satisfied customer...
