Alberico Fine Wine

First of all the location is next to a Little Cesar??  This is very odd choice of a location.  The Patio is shared with the parking lot, which only means noisy traffic and screaming kids.  Walking in you are greeted with a server explaining their Wine of the day asking you if you would like a taste. I am usually interested in being seated first, once seated wine list, menu, specials etc. Once seated  on the patio server wasn't trained properly about this restaurant.  Sitting on the patio wasn't as pleasant as expected. Unfortunately Owner,Manager,Chef discussing menus and Employee schedules wasn't very professional.

Rare concept: wine at wine store prices with excellent food.  Add to the allure excellent wine, amiable service, and a pleasing atmosphere.

Went there for the Kobe burger.  They had one person greeting at the door, serving the food and drinks, etc.......that's okay but it took about 1.15 hours to get our meal from start to finish for lunch.   Drinks took a while to be served it was clear one person trying to do all of this was not efficient.  When our burgers came out they were not hot because I guess they sat in the kitchen for a while due to the one person trying to handle 5 tables and keep the restaurant going.   I ordered the burger with cheese and they forgot it on the 2 other burgers we ordered at the table and mine had just ONE SMALL square of cheese on it.    You could hardly call it a cheese-burger.  Atmosphere is nice.   Fix this so you stay in business.
