The Alibi Room was hopping with a great mix of people the evening I was there. It was "Finally Friday" and the bar hosted a few local artists. The walls were filled with some great works. While some folks looked at the art and left, a great deal more ended up staying.
For the most part, people were friendly and chatty. The bartenders and servers did a pretty solid job at keeping up with the increasingly boisterous crowd. I mainly stuck with Miller High Life (Champagne of Beers!), but it looked the bar had the usual suspects in terms of beer with some nice extended options and your basic liquors.
Solid bar. I really like the vibe. It did seem a little large when I first got there, but it filled in nicely. The darts were a little scary, but the owners were smart and made sure there was a designated walking space to get back to the restrooms.
